IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION - If you e-mail important information such as music lists to your DJ or special photo shots to your photographer...make sure you call that vendor and inform him/her that the document has been e-mailed.
As reliable as e-mail is....sometimes they can become lost or end up in spam folders!
