ULTIMATE WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE
The following services are provided in this package.
FULL WEDDING COORDINATION FROM START TO FINISH!!
Assistance in developing a color scheme and theme by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your style and personalities.
• Assistance with securing all necessary vendors.
• We will negotiate with all your vendors to assure that you are receiving the best price possible.
• We will keep close track of your budget and send you periodic updates.
• Forward all payments to all vendors. (Client will make each check payable to individual vendors and send to Out of the Ordinary).
• Ongoing advice on budget and etiquette.
• Assistance with seating arrangements.
• Arrange for accommodations and arrangements for out of town guests. (Hotel, shuttle service, activities, etc.)
• Coordination of all weekend guest itineraries/activities for destination weddings or for weddings with numerous out of town guests.
• Put together "welcome bags" for out of town guests.
(Client purchases contents)
• Plan rehearsal dinners, Honeymoons, brunches, golf outings, showers etc.
• Confirm all services the week of the wedding.
• Attend rehearsal, providing input and suggestions on etiquette and traditions for the ceremony. We will also direct the rehearsal if necessary.
Full day coordination with an associate, an assistant and myself including but not limited to:
• Distribute pre-arranged schedule to the bridal party and vendors to keep everyone on the same page.
• Direct/assist ushers/groomsmen with seating at the ceremony.
• Ensure items such as programs, bubbles, etc. are distributed to guests at the ceremony.
• Ensure bridal party is in designated places and order.
• Cue ceremony musicians.
• At your reception we will greet your guests at the door assisting them with gifts and making sure they find their correct seating arrangement and directing them to the location of the cocktail hour.
• Oversee all scheduled events at the reception such as toasts, special dances, cake cutting, etc.
• Deliver final payment to reception site (If necessary).
This package includes unlimited office visits, phone calls and e-mails.
This package has been designed to alleviate stress and save time for the client and give maximum support from beginning to end. Basically, you have just hired your NEW BEST FRIEND!!!
DELUXE WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE:
The following services are provided in this package.
Assistance in developing a color scheme and theme by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your style and personalities.
• Refer all vendors (or as many as needed)
• Book all services after you have interviewed vendor(s).
Forward all payments to all vendors.
• Attend the following FINAL appointments with you:
• Ceremony Site
• Reception Site
• Make suggestions and give ideas as needed.
• Ongoing advice on budget and etiquette.
• 4 weeks prior to wedding review all details.
• Confirm all services the week of the wedding.
• Attend rehearsal, ceremony and reception. (The rehearsal services and the services provided the day of the wedding is the same as the Ultimate Package.)
With this package, Out Of the Ordinary Special Events WILL NOT attend appointments with or for the client with the exception of the ones listed above.
This package includes up to 10 office visits and unlimited phone calls and e-mails.
This package has been designed to give the client necessary support during the planning process and maximum support during the final week of planning and the day of the wedding.
This package may be upgraded to The Ultimate Wedding Planning Package at any time.
BASIC WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE:
The following services are provided in this package.
Assistance in developing a color scheme and theme by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your style and personalities.

• Make suggestions and give ideas as needed.
• Ongoing advice on budget and etiquette.
• 4 weeks prior to wedding review all details.
• Confirm all services the week of the wedding.
With this package Out Of the Ordinary Special Events WILL NOT attend appointments with or for the client.
This package includes up to 6 office visits and unlimited phone calls and
e-mails.
This package does not include ceremony or reception services.
This package has been designed to give the client support and guidance during the planning phase only.
This package may be upgraded to The Deluxe Wedding Planning Package or The Ultimate Wedding Planning Package at anytime, depending upon availability.
WEDDING SUPPORT PACKAGE:
"MONTH OF SERVICE" The following services are provided in this package.
• Up to (4) 1 hour consultations prior to the wedding to be advised on all details and bride and groom’s wishes.
• Make suggestions and give ideas as needed.
• A “Touch Base” phone call to all vendors to advise that Out of the Ordinary will be involved on the day of the wedding.
• Confirmation phone calls to all vendors the week of the wedding.
• Forward final payment to all vendors.
• Create a “Schedule of Events” for the day of the wedding.
• 2 consultants will attend your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to ensure that YOUR wishes are carried out to the letter!
This package has been designed to give you maximum support during the month of your wedding.
This package may be upgraded to The Ultimate Wedding Planning Package or The Deluxe Wedding Planning Package at anytime
WEDDING DAY PACKAGE
(“DAY OF” SERVICE:
The following services are provided in this package.
4 weeks prior to the wedding, client will meet with coordinator to be advised on all details and bride and groom’s wishes. (Maximum3 visits and unlimited phone calls and e-mails).
• A “Touch Base” phone call to all vendors to advise that Out of the Ordinary will be involved on the day of the wedding.
• Confirmation phone calls to all vendors the week of the wedding.
• 2 Consultants will attend your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to carry out all details.
This package has been designed to give you maximum support on your wedding day.
This package may be upgraded to The Ultimate Wedding Planning Package or The Deluxe Wedding Planning Package at anytime.
REHEARSAL AND CEREMONY COVERAGE ONLY:
We will meet with you prior to your wedding day to discuss your ceremony.
Two (2) consultants will attend your rehearsal and ceremony to make sure your wishes are carried out!
Out of the Ordinary Special Events WILL NOT attend your reception.
This package may be upgraded to any of our other packages at anytime depending upon availability.
JUMP START PACKAGE:
If you don’t really know how to get started and just need to be put on the “RIGHT TRACK” to your dream wedding this is the package for you!!
This package includes:
• A two-hour (2) consultation: I will ask you several questions about you and your fiance and your vision for your special day. Your answers will give me the insight that I will need to put you on the road to creating a wedding that is one of a kind!
• I will offer you recommendations of vendors that will match your style and budget.
• In addition to your initial consultation you will have an additional meeting with me the month prior to your wedding so that we can make sure that you did a FABULOUS job planning and that your day will be everything you dreamed of!
• This package also includes unlimited phone calls and e-mails just in case you hit a few bumps in the road!
This package may be upgraded to any of our other packages at anytime depending upon availability.
